What is your online return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. All goods marked down 25% or more, undergarments, hosiery, and swimwear are final sale.

What is your in-store return policy?
Set Point Tennis accepts returns for in-store purchases within 30 days for exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must have the original tags and receipt. Sale goods, undergarments, and swimwear are final sale. There are no refunds for in-store purchases.
Where does Set Point Tennis ship?
We ship to all 50 states via UPS and USPS please contact us through email for any additional details.
I can’t track my package, what should I do?
You can go to the following links below anytime to view and monitor the status of your shipments, by inserting the tracking number supplied. Please allow 24 hours for your initial tracking details to activate.
When will my package ship out?
We ship orders on normal business days, Monday through Friday. Orders received by 11am Eastern Standard Time will generally ship on that business day. Orders received after 11am Eastern Standard Time will ship on next business day.
Can Set Point Tennis ship to more than one address in a single order?
During the shopping process you will be asked to choose one shipping address for your delivery. If you would like your items to be sent to separate addresses, please request an address replacement when purchasing. Remember that you can always contact our customer service who will be happy to assist you.
What should I do to buy from your site?

You can then choose the type of payment you wish to use and, once your transaction has taken place, you will receive a confirmation e-mail about the status of your payment and order.

Unfortunately, we can only sell complete items and not parts of them.
